The Games are governed by the South Asia Olympic Council (SAOC). The president of the next host’s National Olympic Committee traditionally leads SAOC.
Pakistan’s edition is organised with the Pakistan Olympic Association and national/city partners across Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar.
